Risk Awareness Agreement

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

By investing through the Alba Invest platform (Alba Plataforma de Investimentos Alternativos Ltda., Tax ID 43.413.213/0001-58), the investor declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the risks described in this document, acknowledging that:

2.1. Risk of Total Loss of Capital

The investor may lose the entirety of the capital invested. Alternative investment platform products are not guaranteed and are not covered by the FGC.

2.2. Default Risk

The issuing company may fail to honour, partially or fully, its financial obligations toward investors due to financial difficulties, bankruptcy, or other causes.

2.3. Liquidity Risk

Securities acquired through the platform may have very low or no liquidity. Investors may be unable to sell their position before the stated maturity date and may need to hold the investment for the full term described in the offering.

2.4. Dilution Risk

In equity-type investments, the investor’s ownership interest may be diluted in future fundraising rounds or recapitalisations of the issuing company.

2.5. Market Risk

External factors such as interest rate movements, inflation, exchange-rate changes, and broader macroeconomic conditions may negatively affect the performance of the issuing company and, consequently, the expected return on the investment.

2.6. Information Risk

Alba Invest performs a prior review of the information provided by issuing companies, but cannot guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of all data. Investors are responsible for conducting their own assessment before investing.

2.7. Absence of Guarantees

Investments made through the platform do not carry collateral or personal guarantees unless expressly stated in the documents of a specific offering. There is no guarantee of capital preservation or positive return.

3. Investment Limits

Under CVM Resolution No. 88/2022, non-qualified investors are subject to individual investment limits when using alternative investment platforms. Investors should review the applicable limits before investing.

4. Suitability

The investor acknowledges having completed the suitability questionnaire made available on the platform and understands that alternative investments must be compatible with their risk profile and financial objectives.

5. Investor Declarations

By investing through the platform, the investor declares that they:

• Have read and understood this Risk Awareness Agreement;
• Are aware that they may lose the total amount invested;
• Have sufficient financial capacity to bear potential losses;
• Are not investing essential funds needed for daily obligations;
• Understand the characteristics and risks of the product;
• Have performed, or expressly waived, their own independent analysis of the investment.
